What can you tell me that would initiate a healing of my finances?? I was raised by a mentally ill parent
who constantly told me I was a major financial burden and that I "owed" this person for feeding and 
clothing me; if I received a gift, I was told the cost and then asked if I honestly felt I "deserved" it - and it
would be withheld until the parent felt I deserved it; if anyone gave me money as a gift it would result in
a lot of screaming that I wasn't allowed to spend it.? Naturally, I have had money issues my entire life -
I am 59 and have worked all my life, with very little to show for it.? Something always comes up that
seems to cause me to owe money all the time - and I am not a spender?- it has been difficult to find
employment at a good salary, my income is very low and my expenses are high in relation.? I have
been praying and affirming that my income is increasing and my debt is being discharged but it never
 seems to get fixed - I feel like I'm on a converyor belt moving my feet but never moving from one spot.

Any help would be appreciated.

 Dear God's Child,
The Road To Emmaus shows that you are still mourning the past and missing what is right in 
front of you. What you want may appear in a different form so you do not recognize it. Feel your
heart burning within you and follow that burning to what it is that you truly desire. When you
pray and affirm what does your heart say? If you are praying and affirming and feeling that you
don't deserve it and that it is difficult and you can't get ahead then that is what will be. It is time
for you to listen to Jesus and not the old tapes of your sick parent. Read the Sermon on the
Mount and take Jesus seriously. Surrender your money worries and problems to God once
and for all. Know that you are deserving and trust that God will provide. 
The Sign for you is Healing the deaf and the dumb. Holy Spirit is healing the things that you
heard as a child that caused you to shut down and the things that made you feel dumb and
unworthy. You did not hear what you needed to hear and Holy Spirit is now saying Epiphita
which means Be Open. As you open yourself to receive this healing  you will feel God's love
in your heart, and know that you are loved and deserving.

Dear RS,
The LOT talking about contacting your friend is Finding Jesus in the Temple which confirms
that you are looking for someone who you are missing but this person is doing what he/she
needs to be doing. 

The LOT that talks about your misgivings is Transfiguration which is about hearing the
voice of God within you. Your misgivings are that voice. You are being asked to see things
differently and be present in the moment and listen to what God is saying to you.  

The SIGN or healing for you is Healing Lepers which is the gift of willingness and gratitude.
It is a healing of boundary issues and being outcast or having driven someone else out.
Are you willing for your misgivings to be healed? Spirit is always willing and gives the
healing but sometimes not in the way we expect.

My issue is how can I best heal the negative effects of being brought up by a mother with
severe psychological issues. ....    This has created a life of lack and limitation and feelings
of great sadness. I have been doing a lot of praying and meditation and have made excellent

At His trial Jesus was asked if He was in deed the Son of God. He answered " It is as you say."  
This is true for each of us. We all are the sons and daughters of God. These words have another
very important message for us and that is that our words state our truths and therefore draw to
us what we have declared. Unfortunately, when your mother said those horrible things to you
they not only became her truth and influenced how she treated you, they became your truth
because you were too young to understand that they were not THE TRUTH, that you are
God’s own child, You are LOVE. Your mother’s warped version stemming from the ways that
she had been treated were handed down to you. So now is the time to decide whether or not
you want to continue having this as your sentence or to start declaring the Truth you wish to
experience from this time forward. In a sense you have put your mother on trial. You understand
that she was sick and yet you continue to see her in very negative terms rather than seeing her
as a child of God who has been hurt just as you were. You have reviewed the past and now
you can choose to change the future by acquitting or continuing to blame and be the victim.
There is a higher reason why this happened to you just as there was a higher reason for
Jesus to be brought to trial. Stand in the Truth.

I own a business with a partner.(Bridal shop) We are not getting a weekly paycheck.
I am in debt at home due to this. Do I need to get out or will it improve this year.
She ( my partner) is finacially set but I am not. I'm confused and don't know what

You, like Martha, are worried about many things, and may be a little resentful of your 
circumstances or feeling that it is unfair that your partner is financially set and you are 
not. This keeps you from being fully present in wat you are doing and causes your 
confusion. Your worry can only draw to you the thing you are worried about. You, 
like Mary, have a choice. Be present with what you are doing and then listen for the
answer.
It will improve if you become like Caesar Augustus seeing and holding onto the vision 
of what it is you wish to create.Like Caesar you need to take charge to bring your
dream into form. You have the power and the authority but need others to help you.
Think about "building roads" - in other words, finding many new ways of drawing people 
to your shop. You are probably doing things in old traditonal ways and talking of what 
could be. It is time to do them.
The Sign, Water into Wine, tells you that the timing wasn't right. You may not have been
 prepared but don't worry because the best is yet to come. Do what your guidance tells

Your reading consists of three LOTS and one SIGN or healing.
Carrying the Cross is talking about  your path. Your path is definitely one of service.
You asked about the need to move. Simon, the Cyrene, was headed to the country when he was 
taken from the crowd and ordered to help Jesus carry the cross. You might think you need to move 
to continue  to serve but your service is right where you are.
Crucifixion, is about your ideas for contributing to this world. Your ideas may bring others together
and you may need to extend yourself in someway or embrace a new sphere of associates. It seems
as if you are just hanging there with "your ideas", not able to do anything about them. You may be 
feeling numb in some sense. You need to forgive yourself for not acting on your ideas, not trusting
that they are from Holy Spirit. Crucifixion is the complete and final surrender of the ego. Let go of
thinking that these are ideas and of all attachment you may have to them. Do as Jesus did. Place 
yourself in God's hands and let Holy Spirit work through you in any and all ways, which very well 
may include these ideas.
Road to Emmaus, is about your motivation or lack of it. You  have all that you need right now to be
of service but you are slow to recognize it because you are caught up in your ideas of how it should 
or could be rather than seeing what is right in front of you. Your means of service is right there where
you are. Your service is not what you expect but in another form. Listen to your heart and you will 
feel what is right. Then follow your burning passion.  And know that the gifts I have given you are 
your gifts for serving others.
Your healing or SIGN is  the WITHERED HAND.This story presents a conflict of when it is lawful
to heal. It seems you are concerned whether or not your ideas are right. Jesus said it is lawful to do
good at any time. The man with the withered right hand was healed when he did as Jesus instructed.
 "Stretch out your hand”. Your lack of motivation will be healed and you can proceed when you 
“Stretch out your hand.” – that is, take action toward your goal. This may be a stretch for you, 
but once you do it, you will feel your motivation grow and your ideas take form.

Dear Bird,
Martha and Mary speak to you about your decisions of the past few years. Most likely your
decisions were not made from a clear, centered place. You were in some conflict, worried about
many things, pulled in two different directions, not present where you were but wishing for
something else. You may have been resentful for the circumstances of your life and wishing to
be doing something else. You had choices and made decisions and now are wondering what to do
about them. You are still experiencing this inner struggle. Realize that there really are no wrong
decisions. Each is a step in your journey. You need to take responsibility for your choices and 
learn the lesson from them. The real choice and lesson is to be present in each moment.
John the Beloved tells you some things you can do about those decisions.
 First of all, you need to come from LOVE realizing that you are the Beloved. Be- loved. 
Be love. Love yourself. Let others love you. John was at the cross when Jesus died. Jesus told him
 “Behold your mother” and told Mary, “Behold your son.”. They became extended family. This says 
that you need to let go of what was and extend yourself and your boundaries. Open to new 
relationships. It is time to expand on some level. This is a good time for you to be communicating
through writing. Journaling is a way for you to clear your past and to get to know yourself  better.
Be open to symbols and synchronicities at this time. Something will be revealed. The decisions 
you made were leading you to a place of completion of old ways so do whatever is necessary to
finish old business to be ready for the new.
God is leading you to Carrying the Cross. Jesus carried the cross on which He was crucified.
The crucifixion brought Him to the place of surrender which brought about the resurrection. The 
inner struggle you feel in your life is meant to bring you to the surrender that will bring the new life. 
The help you need will be provided. There may be a change of plans or direction in store for you.
God may be leading you to be of service helping others.
The Sign for you is Fig Tree Withered and the gift is Faith. It is time to curse the things of your
life that are not bearing fruit and let them wither. You hunger for more and you will receive it by

heard to say ”This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased. HEAR HIM.”
Realize how much you are loved by God and stay present to hear Him. Don’t be
too concerned with plans or building structure or having to know how. BE and live
in that state of love and stay in the moment.

When the time is right Holy Spirit will fill you with the gifts and guidance you need.
At that point you can be spreading your message of enlightenment. In the meantime
look to see what you need to complete in order to be “in one place of one accord”.

You may experience a time when you can’t seem to move ahead  on your mission.
You will then be ready to ask to be  re-membered, to be made whole. Then you will
be in “ paradise”, a state of grace, enlightened. Your work and focus could be
working with criminals or with the outcasts of society such as the sick or the
mentally ill. Or in any field with boundary issues.

THE BIRTH OF JESUS, PENTECOST, and CREATION.
These feelings are the beginning of what it is you wish for. Enjoy these feelings and nurture them.
Also realize that this beginning may take time to mature to the more you desire.

When you are both "in one place of one accord", the Holy Spirit can enter this relationship and then 
it will bloom.  Again there is a message of timing. He is a new widower so he may need time before
 he is ready.

The final outcome is CREATION. Set your intention and then allow it to be. There may be boundary
issues that need defining.You may need to open up and extend in some areas or to separate and
divide in others. In any event this will be a creative period for you and creation is the energy of growth.

You are at a place of non-manifestation and thinking of a new begining. Anything
is possible so play with all the possibilites and start to feel what it would be like to
do what you wish to do. Your words are important when you think and talk about
this. Set your intention and don't utter words that go against this or claim that it
is difficult or impossible.

You are  still blocked by fear,anger and other emotions that are normally thought
of as negative but are your way of protecting yourself. This blockage comes from
your childhood.Using your art to express these things will free you to be the artist
you are meant to be. Keep asking for guidance and follow it. You are a bright light
that is meant to shine and to light the way for others.
 
Another LOT, The LAST SUPPER,  came up which says you are at the in-between
place, -talking about what is to come but still doing things the way you have been.
Jesus told Judas to do what he had to and to "do it quickly". So this means it is
time to act on your dreams. Create your art.

Two SIGNS came up for you. Calming the Sea and Healing Malcus' Ear.
The first is a gift of peace that comes from the knowledge and ability to command
your emotions instead of fearing them. The second is the gift of permitting which
will help you go through whatever is going on without reacting. You are being

The LOT,  Finding Jesus in the Temple, has guidance for you concerning this question

Something is lost – your ability to earn money. It will be found after a period of time but you
are questioning if you will have enough till then. You think your anxiety /worries /concerns
about this are understandable but you are being asked to understand that this is time for
you to be about your “Father’s business”- your life’s purpose. Focus on that instead of
worrying about finances. Until you can earn money again use the time to study and learn
what you need for your purpose and for your work. Also think of the temple as your body and
BE in your body, strengthening it and caring for it.
Find Jesus ( your teacher, your god-self, your inner wisdom, your higher self) inside your
temple and listen. You will hear what you need to know and do.

This is a special period in your life in which you are undergoing a transformation.
The healing will help you be prepared for all situations. You will not run out. Your needs will
be provided for in unexpected ways. The best is yet to come. Follow your guidance.

This feels like a hard time because you are under going betrayal issues. Things aren’t
always as they appear. Your body seems to be betraying you and you need to ask yourself
if you have been betraying your body by not caring for it in the ways it needs. You feel as if
you have been betrayed by others because there is no one there for you.
Are you are lacking trust and therefore not giving others a chance to be there?
Are your afraid to ask for what you need?
Do you avoid speaking your truth and act instead as if everything is okay?
You have some buried emotions that need to be released.
 Start forgiving yourself and others. Then ask for what you want and need.

You are being called in a new direction. Your issues are telling you to examine your
strengths and weaknesses. You need to build on your strengths and be patient with
yourself when you act out of weakness. You are in denial about some things. Pay
attention to what you take in through your mouth ( food, smoke, alcohol) and what you
speak out through your mouth. Your words along with your feelings are creative,
magnetic energy drawing to you what you think, say and feel to you. So watch out for
expressing “poor me” sentiments. This health issue is clearing out old energy and
patterns in order to help form a new foundation for your life.

To find help with daily living start networking and asking at Church or through community
agencies or on-line. Or put an ad  in the paper. Find or create a group of people going through
similar experiences or who have the same interests. You need and will benefit from group
support at this time. You can even find groups on-line.

You are about to have a peak experience- an AHA moment – when you will see things
differently. You will be more in touch with your spiritual nature, your light body, your energy.
Be present in each moment. Stay present so you can hear the voice of God telling you,
“You are my beloved in whom I am well pleased. Hear yourself”.
You will hear the things you have buried and denied and be free to heal.

The healing for you requires that you take action. Once you “stretch out your hand” -that is take
an action on the things mentioned above your health will be restored. Rely on Me. I am always

I have struggled most of my life with money issues. I never seem able to stay on track with
budgets or plans that I make to try to manage my income. My intent is to be a good money
manager, and a responsible steward of money, but time and time again I fall back into repeat
patterns of overspending and getting into debt.  What am I doing wrong and what can I do to
finally get control of my relationship

Dearest MB,
You have such love and passion that it is hard for you to contain it at times and you act
impulsively, leaping without looking at the consequences. You are okay with theory and ideas
but in actuality need physical proof and physical things. Even though you have set your intention
to be a good money manager, at a deep level you doubt that you can do this.
So when tempted with physical desires you give in rather than saying NO. You haven’t realized
that resisting temptation  will strengthen you and then angels will be able to assist you. Rather
than taking responsibility for your actions you look to be rescued when you get into financial
trouble. You are being asked to go deeper into this. Go deeper into your past to find the cause
of your doubt. Was it something  said to you or something you observed?
When you are facing temptation, ask yourself what is most important to you.
If you could have just one thing, which would it be- the object of your temptation or good financial
management? Make it your business to become financially responsible and secure. Study and
learn the principals involved. You have many talents and have explored many avenues of making
money in the past and yet you still have problems and anxiety about money which is masked by
not noticing until it is too late. The way will be shown to you.

The SIGN for you is CASTING OUT DEMONS, the gift of freedom. With this healing you can
release your doubts,impulsivity, and feelings unworthiness. You will have and be what you desire.
One thing though---You may need to pray and fast which means to stay away from sources of
temptation.

Here are the LOTS to guide you. WOMEN WEEPING, CREATION, TWO CRIMINALS

There is a lot of pain in this relationship. Make sure you are not so caught up in his. Know that
his pain is part of his process and you can not take it away. You need to look to yourself and
clear up your own issues. It is important for you to set your intention about what you want in
this relationship. Once your intention is clear, hold that image and allow it to be. You may
have to set boundaries here or remove some barriers first. There seems to be a lot of blame
and a cry for help. Neither of you are accepting responsiblity for the pain you are feeling and
causing. It is time to ask to be re-membered- put back together and made whole. Think of a
time when your relationship was whole- full of love and joy. Remember that, connect  with
that and from that point you can proceed.

The SIGN I have for you is RAISING THE DEAD, a healing of renewal. This relationship is
not dead but going through a strained period and it will be renewed as you focus on your love.

Dear M.A., In the past, Mary Visits Elizabeth (reversed) says that you probably traveled or moved
temporarily to the "country" or new area to be with family. This move may have been to serve
someone else's need. During this time you connected with your inner joy and your life's purpose.

In the present, Apostles Sleeping, says that you need to maintain your focus. Spirit is willing

but your flesh is weak. Check  out your physical condition. There is a need to strengthen your body.
The apostles were asked to pray for one hour.This is telling you to give yourself steps or time frames
with your goal. Sleep less and pray/ focus more.

In the future, Gathering Disciples, suggests that you will be called in a new direction or following

a new teacher or path. If so, drop what you are doing and follow without looking back. This could
involve the change of residence that you asked about. You will be with like minded others. This

LOT is about leaders and followers so you may be the leader in some sense or situation..
It is a good time for you to look at your leadership skills and also who and what you are folowing.

Remember that the future is not cast in stone so this LOT is offered as an encouragement and an
indication of where you are heading. You can change it at any time by your thoughts, desires, and
actions.

For the situation with the current love interest, Annunciation (reversed) says that there has not
yet been the announcement or invitation that would lead to the birth of this relationship. It is still

in the preparatory or hoping stage. Meditate on Mary's words,  "Be it done unto me according to
Thy Word."  Listen to your inner knowing.

and Gathering Disciples (Matt 4:18-27), and the SIGN or healing given to help you is walking on
water (John 6:15-21).  You are on a journey to a place of birth, a new beginning. How you experience
this journey is up to you. You are feeling taxed and burdened but keep your eye on your goal rather than 

on what is not working. It is time for you to ask yourself what really  counts and what you want to have

count in your life. This journey is somehow taking you back to your roots. It seems that you may have
shut down on this business in the past and now it is coming to life. You may experience the "empty tomb"
before you see the business bloom but know that it is right. You have been called to this new work and it

is important that you follow. You will be attracting others and be surrounded by like-minded people.
You are on the right track. You are being given the gift of confidence. You will be able to do what you

have thought was impossible as long as you keep your eye on your goal and listen to your holy Spirit.

Dear MB,
One LOT was drawn for your question- Journey to Bethlehem (Luke 2:3-6)
and one Sign- Passing Through the Crowd Unseen. (Luke 4:16-30)

Your need is to return to your roots. Did you spend time near the water as a child? There is a need
to feel at home in your environment. You are heading to a place of new life and a new beginning.
While you may be feeling burdened or taxed at the moment remember that this is a journey and you
will eventually get there.In the meantime remember that the life youwant  is already and always
within you. Think of how you feel when you are near the water and realize that you have that feeling
within and can experience it whenever you wish whether you are in the city or the country or the
shore.Nurture and protect what is within as you journey on. The Sign offered you is a gift of 
protection for you on this journey.It suggests that you don't feel accepted where you are and so you
are looking for a place that will be in harmony with what counts most to you.

Here is a paradox: you are alone and yet at the same time you are not alone- not ever.
If you break down the word alone, you can see al one. (all one). Remember this.

 The LOT, Woman at the Well, (John 4:10) tells you that the acceptance you wish for
will be gained by going deeper into your situation. You are being asked to see what it is 
that truly nurtures you. If you think that the nurturance you need can only be found in a
mate or partner or friend, go deeper and think in terms of the qualities that nurture you.
When you ask for those qualities and give them you will find that you are no longer
feeling lonely or alone but will have found the fountain  within that will connect you to
all life. This LOT also talks of chance encounters with people who are different from you.
You need to step outside the boundaries and limitations that have been set by your society,
culture, family, or self. The woman in this story had five husbands and the one she was
living with was not her husband. This suggests that you may have scattered interests and
 fear of committment that keep you alone.
The SIGN I offer you is Healing the Blind (Matt. 9:27-31; 20:29-34; Mark 8:22-26;10:46-52;
John 9:1-41; Luke 18:35-43).
You are being given the gift of Sight and a healing of your perceptions and the emotional
blindspots that prevent you from seeing what it is that you truly need. With this Sight,
you will find the acceptance you seek.

LOTS are not meant to forecast futures but rather to give you the lessons and guidance you
need to create the future you wish to have. However, in John 16: 12-14, Jesus said,
"When the Spirit of Truth has come, He will guide you into all Truth, for He will not speak
on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come,
He will glorify Me, for He will talk of what is Mine and declare it to you."

Martha and Mary suggests that there might be some conflict or being pulled in 2 directions-
perhaps two different publishers or agents.You are being reminded to stay present in the moment
with whatever you are doing and to remember that you always have a choice. it doesn't matter so
much what you choose as long as you take responsibility for your choice.
Promises says that you may have to make a promise to yourself to bring this  about.  It can also
be referring to signing a contract or publishing agreement.
Entry to Jerusalem represents a peak moment when you are getting attention and acclaim.

My question is how best to deal with a family issue - I see my adult child making a big mistake
in relationship with current and  former partners. My child doesn't seem able to let go of the old
one and, as a result, is not able to be fully in the present relationship. I feel I see all sides of the
issues and on occasion am asked for my opinion- but I have not been given permission to voice
all my concerns. How do I deal with this and what am

Dear MR,
When Dorian read your question she thought immediately of LOT 23, Finding Jesus in the Temple,
which is about purpose and learning and parenting concerns. Read about this LOT or meditate
on Luke (2:41-52).
When she asked and cast LOTS, Dorian received Transfiguration (Matt.17:1-13) which is about 
seeing beyond and being in the moment. When the apostles saw Jesus in His Light body with
Moses and Elijah, they were afraid and wanted to build temples for all three. They wanted structure.
The voice of God was heard to say "This is my beloved Son. Hear Him." You are being asked to see
beyond what you think you see or understand and to see things differently. You need to know that 
your son is God's beloved and God has a plan for him which may not be your hope or plan for him.
You are wanting for your son to hear you but you are being told to hear your son. When you worry,
you are out of the moment thinking of the future. You will deal with this and all other concerns by
staying present  in the moment. What you are to learn is trust.
